Shipping Policy & Rates

Jia+Kate is currently shipping orders to the USA and Canada only. We offer free standard shipping for orders priced over $100 when shipping within the mainland USA. USA orders under $100 ship for a flat rate based on shipping speed chosen at checkout.  Orders to Canada ship at the rate chosen with the carrier at checkout, calculated by location. Please allow 3-14 business days for fulfillment and delivery. We also offer expedited shipping for a fee that is offered at checkout. 

Once the items leave our facility, they are in the hands of the carrier. It is our hope that they will do their best to meet their delivery promises, but we cannot control their performance. Jia+Kate is not liable for any delays in shipping due to the carrier.

Processing Time

Orders placed with Standard Shipping typically ship within 1-3 business days. Orders received on weekends will be processed within the following three business days. For Expedited Shipping, orders must be received by 11am EST to ship that same day. Expedited Shipping orders received on Friday after 11am will ship the following Monday. Expedited Shipping does not deliver on the weekends. Neither standard or expedited orders ship on holidays.
