Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
Jia+Kate offers free returns for orders in the continental USA if requested within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached. You will also need the order number for proof of purchase.
Returns for orders placed from AK, HI, or Canada will have return shipping deducted from the refund amount.

If the automated return request is not working, or the order does not automatically qualify for a return request (i.e., the request is made outside the 30 day return window or you cannot access the email address you supplied), please contact us at hello@jiaandkate.com.
If contacting our customer service, please include your order number and the email you used to place the order, so we can more easily assist you.
Once accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
Once received and approved, you will be notified and automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.
Exchanges
Instead of offering exchanges, the fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items or gift cards.
